The movie started with the graduation scene, and their mission statement. "You have the right to attend a town meeting in your underwear, to me it's very funny, interesting, and caught up my attention though it. Start with the company naming part, Kaleil kept going back and forth with name, he needs to give out the first big decision, then Tom broke the tension and told Kaleil to take the time, walk out, think and come back with the final thing, it's very helpful when you need to stay in calming mind and make decision rather try to push yourself that you need to make a good one right away. The questions they were asked about their business are also what we went through in class. In next time, the thing surprised me the most is the guy making most money is the guy who left first, and the money he asked for is less than what he deserves which is 20%-25% of the company value, which depends on how much he put in the company since beginning.
When the broke in happened, the first thing I think is the competitor is who broke in the office, they want to access in Kaleil computer. Because just the Kaleil's office was disorder and his computer lost which contained information about company.
The last thing I see is in Tom, he's the one who balance Kaleil's feeling whenever he lost his calm. When Kaleil needs to decide the company's name, when the first guy left, and when the office was broke in. Through all of that, I never think there's a day that Tom become wrong person in CEO. However, I guess business not just work around feeling. I recognized Tom is not the right person when he said "I rather see govWorks fails than risk personal relationship". But then in class we pointed out it started way before it when Tom said "it's ok", I thought it just when Tom tried to calm the situation down and help Kaleil to solve it but seems it's not.
In the end, even the govWorks failed, but somehow to me, it's successful to make the whole idea business become true and govWorks still out there.
